Once an order is agreed, returns are not available unless the product the client receives is different from the product ordered (a totally different product). The client accepts that the final floral set could not match exactly the image in the webpage, but it will have the same design and components.

If the receiving party refuses the delivery, we will hold the delivery one day in case you wish to pick it up. If you want us to deliver again or to a different address, we will deliver to a zone mentioned in our webpage but you will be charged an additional delivery fee (see fee as the first time). No refunds are available at the time for reasons attributable to the customer or the receiving party.
