For all orders the minimum time to deliver once it is submitted and paid will be 48hrs. The maximum time to place an order is 12:00pm (Mexico Citi time). For all orders placed after this time each day, the time to deliver starts the next business day. We deliver from Monday through Saturday, except for holidays.

A shipping fee will be added once we provide a quotation and a delivery address is submitted.

By the moment, we only deliver in Polanco, Lomas de Chapultepec, and some areas in Santa Fe. If you are ordering from a different zone, you can request a customized quote and we will let you know if it is possible for us to deliver or accord a delivery point.
